Tenant onboarding
Creates the tenant's Cognito client, scopes, API key, usage plan, ALB routing and backend instance. Nothing here runs Terraform.
Admin token
Read it with terraform output -raw admin_panel_token_command. Held in this tab only, never stored on disk.
Onboard a tenant
Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. The name is part of the tenant's scopes and URLs, so it cannot be changed later.
